More... The '32 Ford for sale and the two trucks in the same pic are my friends that drove up from the Tex/Mex border.

For the most part the cars that are at Lone Star make it to KKOA in Salina. The little Nash is wicked. Did you get to hear it or see it in motion?

Awesome!

I see "The King" was there (the black '30 tudor with the BB Ford blower motor) -  still one of the baddest of all time.

How many cars do you think were there?

I couldn't really give a very good guesstimate as I'm terrible with numbers, but I was there for six hours and I think that I probably saw maybe half of the cars there if that. It's hard to tell because they were parked everywhere but it's by far the biggest show that I've ever been to. There were easily thousands of people there, but I have no guess about the cars - a shitload...

Take a good look at the Model T for sale with the hemi towing the trailer; what do you guys think about that one?

Damn Rubberhead wish I knew you were there, I was there about 8 hours on Saturday and did not get through all the cars.  Last year I think they said 1200 cars and there were a whole lot more this year.   There are probably 150 to 200 cars in the parking that were killer as well. That Zephyr that was in the Austin Speed Shop is going to awesome.

This really is a killer show every year.

Shit happens, who knows, maybe we even talked... Perhaps we can plan to meet up more formally next year? I doubt that my car will be ready, but I'm sure that I'll probably go now that I've had a taste... Besides, I have friends that will likely have their cars there...

Yeah, that Lincoln is going to be AWESOME; not my cup of tea, but I can certainly respect the craftsmanship - it's pretty incredible...
