Man just imagine the MPG's or the sugar per mile , and the carrots and don't forget apples . Low maintenance.
Parking should not be a problem. But the pooper scooper laws could be a killer.

Amish rat rods.
second one seems under powered, might have gone with dual Shetlands myself.
