square tubing size for body skelleton

 Have a lot of 3/4" square tube from another project. Can I use this instead of 1". This is my first shot at a build from scratch. :o

What wall size? .065 x 1 inch is what I used but 3/4 should be OK. If your worried , run an extra one.

Thanks for  you're input. The more I thought about it, too much is just enough. I was trying to keep costs down but I want it safe. I'll be asking a lot of dumb stuff being a 72 year old rookie ;D
