I'd set it up so it looked like the picture with a little more ground clearance  and all the tire I could get under it!!  Small flat bed and maybe a keg or a bomb gas tank and a dually rear end!!

Greetings from S Illinois. Power plant? Frame? Transmission? Looks like you have a good start and a vision. I bought a running Ranger pickup that had been wrecked and mounted my bug body on it. Used all the factory electronics and running gear. My current project has a F450 chassis and running gear Diesel 5 speed ect

The flat glass can be cut by a glass company. The windshield can be cut with a sandblaster. I found a way by googleing it. support the curved glass well,as I've broke 2 in the the same location. Right down the center. I used a piece of cardboard to make a pattern for my flat glass. Lexan scratches real easily.

There is a Lexan type product called MarGuard. We used it in race cars for years and it holds up pretty good. It will scratch, but it will also polish out easily.  You CAN have the curved windshield cut.  Many glass services offer that as an option.  The flat glass in the side and rear windows can also be cut to size.

from the picture you posted and the one in your avatar, that's a good lookin' cab!!  I'd use it all!!

Nice looking truck. Any updates? My brother has the same rig, and he added more ground clearance and a set of Mickey Thompson tires that look a bit aggressive.
