One of my buds , David , likes to do video's so we always make a video on every trip we take . We had a pretty cool booth at the birmingham world of wheels show this year , six cars . We scored four 1st places and two runners up .
Hot wheels did you see the dodge coupe like yours on the home page ?

They will , I have found that everyone will stop and look at a rat rod . You can only stop and look at so many '32 fords before it becomes a blur of billet and shine . Rat rods get peoples attention , it's like driving down the road and you see a car wreck up ahead , you have to stare as you go by . Rat rods always get the attention

It may matter more if you like your car at a car show, than weather a judge, or "home Club" member likes it. do agree, some rat rods are like looking at a car wreck, not calling them wreck's, just say'n some push the boundries of unique in the area of "he must'a been drunk when that idea sounded good.

Totally agree..........I usually win awards with my 04 mach 1, but it is one of those cars you always see at car shows..........You will probably never see another truck exactly like mine, i think anyways.

Thats cool!! I usually get alot of attention with my panel truck. Shiny people don't like it when I get an award and they don't. Especially after they get there and spend the first hour polishing and I am enjoying shooting the breeze while they are busy. Then people bypass them to get to mine.

I agree with greybeards...people just glance at 32's and 40 Fords because they have seen so many...but put rust next to the shine and the rust gets the attention every time....rat rods are where you see who really works on their cars....like I have said before anyone can pay $75,000 for a shining 32 Ford, but the workmanship on a rat says a lot about the builder....
