Wendel and his dog "Bubba" along with friends cruise the area making people

the one I saw was green, green wheels,front stub with motor, 'bout a 1 yard dumpster.Trashanova seems about right if'n you got the photo put it up. I would have to call in the National security adviser for me to be able to post it.
