Topic: Can anyone tell me what this is?!?

I am not that mechanically inclined. I am more of a body and metal work guy. So any info is helpful. I had my buddy put my engine and transmission in and I have had him work on many of my toys. There is a hole on the back side of my transmission on the right side. Almost perfect circle but has no screw threads. Just a hole. If anyone can tell me what this is for and what to put in it that would be much appreciated. Pictures are attached below. Again any info would be really helpful. Everyone I have consulted has no clue.

It looks like a manual trans to me.   Is this a hole into to clutch arm.    I think its just a inspection hole so you can see if the slave cylinder is lined up right.

 Inspection hole or a weep hole. Its nothing to worry about. It looks like it belongs there.
