I'm thinking Gerry said it was 12.5% commission fee if they sell one. I know you have to commit for 3 or 4 months and if you sell it the fee still applies.Don't think he paid anything upfront but I stayed away from the "business" part of it. Also costs 4 dollars to enter the showroom. It would be worth that much as they have a movie theater as well as the cars.Free coffee and water Sodas were 2 bucks each
