I've used the knife set. A friend has that set in his kitchen and only uses them when the car guys stop by for bbq's.......

I swear I have been a good boy this year Santa! Mine is a 241 c.i. early Red Ram if you can see a few (speed) goodies my way! ans if not I will settle for the 4x2 set up :) gotta dream right?
