gas tank and battery box

could not find a gas tank I liked so I built 1 - 5 in deep 36 in long  16.5 wide best I can tell it will hold about 11 to 12 gals ?

looks good i had to build one for the Boog Bug. I had trouble getting the top to stop leaking as i used the factory fuel pump and sending unit.
life is a ride where you slide into heaven sideways on 4 flats blown motor saying Thank you God what a ride!!!!!

Nice job.

To calculate the gallons, measure height x width x depth, divide by 231.

I just took a guess that it was 11 or 12 gal. but does come out to 12 .46 gal . . I made it from 18 ga steel the bottom has cross brakes in it , no bafolds if something is needed for that I will use form they use in race cars . thanks for the fomular
