How's it going, I too am from cheyenne, wy. I would definately like to get together some time and talk rods. I am picking up my first project tomorrow, 1950's GMC 1.5 ton dump truck and I've got plans to build a sick duely rat rod. I am definately down for some help and advise and my garage is always open.

Haha... wussy!  :P

Cheyenne winters aren't so bad.   !0 degrees warmer than Estes Park on average, and the winters here aren't nasty.

You are absolutely right. When it comes to the cold I am a wussy and a big one at that. Grew up in the flat lands so that is all I know. Have always wanted to take a tour of the north and western states. Maybe that will be next year.

LOL, i really don't mind the cold, i can work okay at my age in the -10 to -20 below zero days........It's the winds that kill me here. I just hate shoveling snow and the winds are blowing at 40 mph with windchills at -40 to -50 below zero....

I'm a wussy myself... I can't take the heat. Anything over about 65 degrees and it's getting hot for me. I once moved to PHX... My god! 100 degrees at 5AM in the morning!?!?!? That gave me a seriously bad attitude. I only lasted 9 months there. I could deal nicely with 72 deg highs, and 55 degree lows.

Chris

Edit~
Humidity is bad too. 33% max for me, please ::)

I thought the humidity was supposed to be low in arizona. I know alot of people that moved there when they got older because of breathing problems and low humidity was supposed to be better. Don't know myself. Been there for the phoenix race was going on when I hauled mark martins car but  that is it.
