Barn find -- build and go
« on: October 15, 2021, 05:59:41 PM »
We have found a true (shed) barn find. It's a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 van, which was converted by a company, Regency, in Fort Worth. A gentleman, who was one of us(car guys) and was his last baby, passed in 2015. The widow kept it up as best she could and wanted somebody to appreciate it a little more. Got less than 72,000 miles and the lady's son put in a new battery and gas. The 360 fired up and we drove it home. Hope these pics are the beginnin of a large post. Not much build, but a lot of go and pics, i.e. like the owner of the strangest BUG IN TE WORLD. May want to sleep in ya'lls drive way since we aint real stealth. Also, my sweet daughter sent me these magnets today.

Took the first little road trip last Friday night to fetch the Granddaughter.  About 150 miles and no hiccups. Still got a short list  of maintenance/upgrade items.

Got the side window protectors on and continued with the cruising to just get used to.
