which rear to use

I have to choices to use the stock banjo type out of the 34 ford truck or I have a mercury rear that I am told is the same as a mustang rear

I like the banjo look for  what I am building but will it work as a every day driver

or should I use the other ? :-\

the banjo is cool but noisey is it an inclosed driveshaft or open ?

it would be open with the speedway adapter on it going to a 4 speed with a 302 .

The banjo is going to be tough to work with being you are going with a V8. You'll be much better off upgrading from the banjo housing.
