Looks like a great head start for someone!  Sorry to see anyone give up when most of the hard work is done. What's the story behind it - why not finished?

I would guess with the current economy he has either run into money issues, or he is at the point for electrical and allot of guess tend to quit building and sell when it comes to the electrical.
