(Just a copy and paste from my facebook page, to tired to type it again.) Well i got it torn down and home. Long freakin day. I showed up and by myself i got the cables disconnected, the hydraulics disconnected, electrical disconnected, then took the cross brace off. Loosened all of the bolts on the floor holding the stands and waited for someone to come and help. While waiting i walked down the street to a friend of a friends shop to see if he would help take down the post's, and he wanted 100 bucks. I told em fuck it and came out and got my tractor. Loaded the tractor and got to the end of my drive, went to pull out and one of my chains popped and let the tractor roll off the trailer on to the back wheels. Took me an hour with a 3 ton chain hoist and the trailers winch to pull the tractor back onto the trailer so i could chain it back down. This time i used wire to hold the chain binders. It's now about 4pm and i just got the tractor unloaded and the lift is here at the house.....the posts were a bitch to take down with the tractor, but got em down. Thankfully a friend, ronnie, was able to take the time and help me load the posts. If it weren't for his help, i would still be at the shop working on lifting and laying these down on the ground. Would have been waaaaaaaay easier with a forklift for sure. The end of the day.....coffee time.
