Just discovered one of my brand new Coker front tires has a large cut all the way to the cord, evidently from some errant piece of metal in the roadway.  The tire is so new it still has the nubs all over it, but now it must be replaced - argh!  Well, at least I found it before the tire failed, and at least the other tire will still match m/l in tread depth.
