New Toy, need info on 302 marine engine in my toy
« on: September 24, 2013, 01:26:30 AM »
My new toy, gonna sink the 302 marine motor on her time for some engine mock ups!

wondering if anyone has dumped a marine engine in and anything they gotta change out? like alternator, started water pump? I know they are corrosive resistant, and mostly have brass parts instead of stamped steel and spark arresters... But should I switch out cam? or switch out the gear drive?

thanks![attachimg=1][attachimg=2]

Gear drive? Uh oh, better verify that it's not a reverse rotation marine engine.
