bending square tubing

Cornfield Customs bent some square tubing a while back was just wondering how it was done? The guy at the muffler shop said he could not bend it.Need to make 2-90* bends .065 wall tubing
life is a ride where you slide into heaven sideways on 4 flats blown motor saying Thank you God what a ride!!!!!

thanks Hotwheels guess I'm building a jig to bend 1 in square tubing kinda like that idea so i can keep it

You are welcome. That is how allot of shops bend different metals, tubing, round rod, etc.....

I have been using a conduit type bender on some stuff works pretty good . I also us plywood clamp it down good lay out my radius drill some holes following the lines put 3/8 bolts in it then lock the end down and pull like hell . what I have been using is 3/4 and 1 in by 1/6 thight
