Junkyard LS
« on: May 24, 2018, 10:06:17 PM »
Just got our 52 MattSixx truck going again yesterday. It is an LM7 5.3. First LS swap I've ever done. I thought it to be easy. First vehicle I've ever owned to light up tires at 55mph! Keep in mind this is a high mile junkyard motor. Idles at less than550rpm and ecm flashed to run 87 octane. I'm willing to share whatever I can regarding the swap and build. Awesome site btw.

Me and my 5 year old son Matthew Sixx have built this truck. It is his, just ask him. Matty is number 6 of six kids, therefore named. Have driven for a out 3 years, decided to do engine transplant this winter(explains towbar) Really into answering any questions regarding S10 frame swap/track width
