Twas great, two big swaps on one weekend, I bought some small stuff, then picked up a 57 T-bird right before I decided to quit.  Now I get to fix gauges, valve noise,  neutral safety switch, radio, tach, glove box (dash pad installed over the top of latch) find and mount top brackets, ya know, the standard maintenance.

I'll try to get some photo's tomorrow.  I've been looking at 57 birds for some time, either a driver, or one in bad shape to make into a race car, Bonnivile go fast, vintage type.. But this one just reached out to me at the right time.  Car has the qualities I seem to go for, good looking car, not much to do with body/paint, mechanically a mess, and the electrical system is messed up.  Figured I much rather have to build a motor, than buy a convertible top.
