The name's Jim, but everyone calls me Shimmy. I've always been a huge fan of rat rods and one day hope to build one (sooner the better). But anyways I hope to pick up some knowledge and meet some good people on here. Have a good one. ;)

Welcome to rat rod nation shimmy, it's great to meet ya.............I had always wanted a rat rod too and finally as luck would have it, i ran across the 47 ford truck i am building. Being it's the first one i have ever built, it may not look quite like a rat rod, but to me it's a rat rod.......

Thanks guys. Greybeard: I always wanted a 30's Ford truck ratted out. I really wanted a 37 Studebaker truck for a while there.
