Not sure of the make or model. I think Ford, but the step plate doesn't mean that. but this is a project for the weak of heart.

cool, look's like a 1920-1924 Ford, probably sold a chassis and cowl, then built into a grain/ feed truck.  You bought the truck then made your own body for it depending on what you wanted.  Estimated top speed with the worm drive rear end,,,,,,,,,about 35 mph.
