dodge At4 mica ambulance

Looks like this will be the next purchase. Anyone got ideas on what i should do to rat rod it.....other than satin or flat black paint.

looking at turning it into a rat recovery vehicle, mobile workshop. Thinking along the lines of fat rear tyres around 305 wide on 16's, airbagged, not sure on satin black or satin white..... Airbrush ratfink style monster doctor 0n the back and sides. Keeping the ambulance style with the red rotating lights and siren. Engine and drive train will be of the V8 family but not sure what yet. Exhaust might have to come up the side of the cab so i can shoot flames up and out.

All ideas at the moment.......and any other ideas welcome :)
