Topic: May 21 and 22 - Minnesotan Doubleheader Weekend!

We're kicking off the season with a doozie.

Saturday May 21 we have our 2nd annual Rat Rod Magazine event in Princeton MN. (www.princetonswapmeet.com)

It is a swap meet and car show, open to all cars - but rats have a special display area front and center, and cars featured int he magazine are all gathered on a slab area - it's very cool. There is a rather large swap meet, and live music, flame thrower contest, AND the unveiling of the RRM Tour Rat at 10am. There will also be media present, and we'll be filming the event for some cool stuff we've got going later on.

There is camping available near the show on that saturday night for rat rodders only. Bonfire, entertainment...  and then in the morning we will be leading a caravan of rats two cities over to Elk River for the Broadway Pizza Spring Meltdown (hosted by the Frankensteiners car club)

Two awesome shows to kick off the spring!

This be a little weekend get away for my wife and I whether I take the Rat or not. Looks like about a 12 hour drive so who knows.

You ain't wrong there. My panel only gets around 6 mpg so taking it is probably out of the question.
I really want to take it to the Redneck Rumble this year but the only way I could afford it is to haul it----UUUGGGHHH!!

We will be there two of my buddies and I. We are driveing 6 hours in 2 rats from Thunder Bay. We will be driving down Friday and staying over for the whole weekend. I was told that there is racing friday night.See you all there.

did the guys outa Thunder Bay make it in the rain? I was the guy hangin out under the roof by the atm. Good show for a rain day! didn't make it down for day two tho, saw some video and it looked like a blast. damn phobias
