This has been a great web site for information since I am without a doubt a newbie. I hope to have it running by redneck rumble in September. I have friends that go to it every year and have a blast. Thanks for having this site for people like me to learn new tips.

Love the snow treads on the front end! Gives it an aggressive look!

Curious - what front hubs are you using that are 8-lug, yet mount to early Ford spindles?

It has aluminum adapters to convert the bolt pattern to 8 lug I found them on ebay.

Also thanks lowboy it has been fun and frustrating at times since this is my first rat rod to build but I am very proud of it. I can't wait to get it where I can drive it to some rumbles.

Love it. Have any more pictures or details? This is the exactly what I was picturing wanting to build myself, even the farmall grill which I have from my dad's old super M.

Has a chevy 14 bolt rear and straight axle front end. I rebuilt the front end with all new bushings, kingpins, and disk brakes. This being my first build if you want to know something specific just let me know and thanks this is kinda what I have always pictured building to. Today I got all the brake lines run and a drive shaft built so all I like is building floor boards and having the rear pads and wheel cylinders replaced. I hope to drive it for the first time July 4th weekend.

Finally got to drive it on the 4th had a blast with some friends. Still have plenty to do before redneck rumble but at least I'm mobile lol. I had to change the front tires until I can afford some new ones.
