A little departure from the norm today.  The Ratrod-O-Rama was held in Grants Pass, Oregon yesterday, and what a show it was! I was amazed by the sheer number and world-class quality of cars that attended. Instead of a single rat rod for today's RRAD, here is a bunch of pics of just a small percentage of the vehicles. By far the best show I've seen. Video interviewer said it surpassed Viva Las Vegas!

More Ratrod-O-Rama 2012. The full-fendered 31 Ford pickup with the window AC won Best of Show. I'm proud to say that I restored the fenders on that truck!

BTW, these have been shrunken with an image resizer, so hopefully won't take to much room. The peach-colored car that looks like a shrunken 48 Ford was really an amazing severely chopped and slammed Volvo!

Okay, okay, I'll control myself! There were hundreds of cars there, many of them world-class rats, so limiting myself to this few photos is really hard. I was proud to be part of such an amazing event.

I've used enough space today; back to normal RRAD tomorrow!

You have good taste. Custom Volvo's are very unusual and this one is done in an awesome style. Looks like the world's wildest 48 Ford to me. The owner says he drives it all over the country.
