Interesting they use the funding of toll roads as one of the need for the fees. Wasn't that what the damn toll road fees themselves were to used for?

They are talking about making the 1604 loop here in San Antonio into a toll road in order to complete the project. Only problem was the money was already rasied, over a decade ago and nobody can say where it went to. It doesn't matter which of the two party system you belong to as they are both full of criminals.
