Title: Easier Steering for a 1951 Ford Shoebox

Any suggestions for easier steering on my '51?
I only put in the shorter Aerostar coils and had rest of front suspension, joints, etc. rebuilt.
Straight line steering is beautiful but turning corners is a bitch. I know I may be a little weaker than I was 50 years ago, but it takes really hanging onto the wheel to crank it over.
My searches for "power steering" turn up $600-$1000 solutions.
Replace front clip or easy rack & pinion solutions from mini-vans?
Driving on 15" radials, I know that doesn't help. How about 80lbs air pressure? ;D ;D

Reduce the caster.

More air in the front tires.

Narrower front tires.

Larger steering wheel.

Shorter pitman arm.
