Pinstripeing anyone?
« on: June 22, 2011, 02:31:46 PM »
I ordered my new pinstriping brushes today!  Not really sure what happend to the last one I had LOL.  Does anyone have any awome pinstriping pictures they would like to share?  I'm supper stoked to get back into it, been a few years.  This tat was the only form of pinstriping ive done in the last little while.

Looks good....wish we were closer...I taught myself pinstriping by using an old hood, sanded it down, sprayed it with red primer, and practice. Once its full, sand it off and start over....attached is a drawing I did and am wanting tattooed, it has some pinstriping on it too
Take a kid to a car or bike show...pass the hobby on to the next generation

Just because the paint is flat, don't make it a rat

I just think this is bad ass. It is the hood art on Glenn Fluegge Jr. 1955  Oldsmobile Super 88 featured in the May 2011 issue of Ol'Skool Rodz. The work was done by Jeff Williams  http://www.jeffwilliamsstudios.com/

Very awesome!  One thing about pinstriping I have noticed is that everyone seems to have there own unique style like a fingerprint almost.  Just like tattoo artists each have there own style, very similar and I love it!!!  Have you ever tryed it Doug???  I guess art can be very frustrating for some, but Doug I can see your creativity in your awesome rides!

No i haven't tried it. For some reason my hands shake all the time, not so bad that people notice it, but i can't keep my hands steady enough for that fine of a painting job........
