Ok I am looking for a 4bl or a 3duce intake manifold for a 318 poly wide block.

I think that your best bet to find parts for it will be at Mopar specific sites as they aren't widely used in rat rods. I'm building mine with a Dodge 360, a rather common Mopar engine, and I've found exactly zero parts for the engine at rat rod sites. Not to say that you won't, it just isn't very likely...

Yeah I hear that. I am now looking for a seat of headers for the same motor. No luck yet.
