Been trying to decide whether I want to put the electric fan in front or back of the radiator. What is the difference in making it a pusher or puller?

If you have the room puller is more efficient because it's not blocking the front of the rad. 
Looks cleaner tucked behind too.

Agree with above, plus you have room for a trans cooler, or,,,,,
