Topic: Craftsman stick welder

I lucked out & my dad let me have his welder. I've never welded before & I'm excited to learn. Most of my family can weld, but my youngest brother is going to help me out in teaching me since he recently finished going to school for it...

Good luck with it, You got to luv FREE TOOLS. I like how you can switch between different heat ranges. You should be able to get years of service out of that BUZZ BOX.

I was givin an old Dayton 230 stick box. The first time I tried it I loved it. Good luck.

Wow, it's been a long time since I started welding. It's been a ton of fun learning & progressing into a decent welder. I've since got a cheap flux core welder. I was practicing with that for a while until I bought a Millermatic 135 & I'm loving that sucker!! It works like a champ!! Check it out... Of course I've got pics!! Hahaha
