Need some help with throttle linkage ideas
« on: May 12, 2018, 07:27:18 PM »
Hey all! I need some ideas for throttle linkage for this 223 straight 6. It had a cable link, but it tended to stick. Here’s the kicker. It’s right hand drive! Thanks in advance.

I used a 10 speed bike cable 1 time. It worked well but was a bit long. Being as it's a right hand drive it may not be too long. I used small u bolts to secure it.

The throttle cable for the mid nineties GM trucks might be a possibility.  My '97 Chevy Vortec 454 has a cable that runs from the driver's position to the throttle body on the passenger's side!!
