Betty Page (53 Bel Air)
« on: June 27, 2011, 09:00:22 AM »
Titus and I got alot accomplished this weekend, (for having a 1-1/2 year old helping me the entire time LOL)  THe wheels are done and my quarter panels are primed and ready for cutting and patching.  I couldnt think of a way to cut and weld with the baby around :/  so thats today and next weekends project.

I also ran into an itty bitty show and shine infront of the hardware store on my way to get primer.  Can anyone tell me how this stearing wheel works with the column on one side of the wheel???

That would be an easy entry setup for the steering wheel . Your car is looking better and better each day you work on it .

Cars coming along Ratatat. Early Fords had some wild innovations, and aftermarket stuff, that steering wheel allowed easier entry when in that position, important, since those cars did'nt have much room.

Green be my favorite color  :D  Got both rear quarter panels in place.  The passenger side has some BAD rot on the inside sheetmetal, but I will patch that up.  Got a little to close to the factory seem in that last pic.  Today's the day for my new tattoo!  Have an awesome day guys and galls

Just one more to color the dino in, I wanted to finish it then but his hand was tired (woose).  Then I gota come up with more money for the rest.  Going to have a palm tree on each sholder and a valcano with sunset between them.  It'll probly be around 20 hours of tat time in the end.

I love it when that needle crosses the breast bone....makes me invent new curse words....got both rib cages done and same pain...but inside my left palm I had "C.O.D." tattooed and palm tattooes wear out fast, well, it hurt bad enough that it almost says "O.D." now...lol... :D

Ugh I remembered why I never pursued auto body as a carrier LOL  Done with the metal working and bondo, thank God!  Just need to sand a little more and I'll be ready for primer. Went to Granite Falls Show and Shine, in the rain.  But I did find my local rat rod club! http://www.hotrodwebsite.com/  Rat Bastards .  They had sick ass rides!!!!  I have to find me one of the stickers in the last pic too LOL
