Take a kid to a car or bike show...pass the hobby on to the next generation

Most of the ole junk yards around here are long gone. Price of steel jumped and people thought there was more money in selling stuff for scrap. Miss the days when you could go in and walk around slobbering all over yourself. There are u-pull it places around but that is all late model stuff usually. One place I used to go to was like paradise. Had to drive down a lane out in the country and the first thing you seen was old buses full of hub caps from about every make of car around. State farm Insurance must have thought it was a threat to them and they bought and closed it.
Passed away on 12/16/2011. You'll be missed our friend. Godspeed.
