Plasma Cutter at Half Price
« on: February 08, 2014, 04:36:30 PM »
Home Depot has a pretty decent plasma cutter on sale at half price (under $500) until Feb 28th:

http://www.homedepot.com/p/PRO-SERIES-375-Plasma-Cutter-Kit-PS07569/203171899?N=5yc1vZc2h1#specifications

I ordered one; I couldn't resist...

I couldn't really spare the money, but after talking with the wife about it, she agreed that it's a good deal. We'll see how well it works once i receive it.......

I was kinda in the same boat thinking that I wouldn't use it that much and I was a little leery about the lack of reviews, but knowing that Home Depot usually sells quality stuff and looking at other prices elsewwweb, I just couldn't resist...

Damn that was quick, mine isn't supposed to be here until the 18th! How does it look? Can you take a pic of the plug?

Thanks! That's the same weird plug that my Miller welder came with and I had to do some finagling to make it work with what I have. It's good to know that I can plug this cutter into the same outlet.

That's pretty much exactly what I did and I have had no problems so far - crosses fingers and knocks on wood...
