buying parts

has any one bought parts from gearhead , I got a vega pitmen arm which is the wrong one first it took 10 days to get here . And I is the wrong one the spline is way to big for the shaft , trying to get it changed for the right one has been a nite mare and you can't seem to be able to get in touch with anyone that can help they are always to busy and can't talk go on 15 days now .
I WOULD RECOMEND NEVER BUYING FOR THEM THEY REALLY SUCK

Seems like somebody else had problems with a fly by night place on here before. I understand budget, but I try to use reputable sources. Sometimes even good places do bad . I wish you well.

finally got a # to return part , ask them to send me the right part . they bassicly said no . so I will look else were for it . they are really hard to work with . I won't buy anything there again .
