No oil pressure is not good and a twisted shaft is also not good sounds like the oil pump is/was locked up

I was able to turn it over by hand with a long screw driver . The good thing is the motor was free with 4speed and rear . Bad news is I have t pull it apart now

No, ford didn't use any twisted oil pump drive shafts....When you bought the pump, you didn't order a heavy duty one did ya? They recommend to just use a regular oil pump on the 302's. No need to upgrade to a heavy pump, the motor will only flow so much oil, especially when the oil is cold. It will break the oil pump shaft.
