Topic: springs and shocks

I have a couple of newbie questions so please bear with me here<

first how do measure for a new spring on the front

second is the best way for me to mount my shocks on the bottom to use shackle plate?

third it looks like my ride length on the shocks is 9" where is the best place to get shocks?
