I started a new project and had to find a new forum to post a build thread so here I am. While forums and build threads are kind of dying off, I still think it’s the best place to get feedback and discuss ideas versus the comment section on YouTube. With that said, I do find video to be a better form for documenting the build. So most of my updates will be via YouTube, but some pics will get thrown in.
So it’s a ‘41 International cab that I’m chopping 4”, the cab was pretty beat up but salvageable. I scrapped a ‘97 f250 with the 7.3L Powerstroke and a 5 speed for the running gear. Not sure what I’m going to do for a front axle yet, probably build something. I will be making my own frame, once I finish the chop I’ll lay everything out and take some measurements. Thinking either 2x3 or 2x4 1/4” tubing.
