Topic: any sugestions 57 chevy truck

does anybody have any sugestions i want to put a sub frame under my 57 chevy truck havnt got truck here yet just brain stormn i was thinking round 86 monte carlo but not sure would b easiest

You should be able to make it work........If it were mine, i would look at an S10 frame if you could find one. Would set your truck right on it.....

S-10 would work . or you could use a sub frame and graft it in , like a 70's-80's  GM, like a Camaro

thanks , i was talkn to my brother last night , i think im going to go with bout 79 camaro sub ,but not haven truck now really cant take any measurements , no well , should be sitting in the garage  by next month this time

If it were me I wouldn't use an S-10 frame or even a Camaro sub-frame, The Monte-carlo might be better because the frame is wider like the 57 body is.

The ideal frames to Use are the'77-'90 Caprice-type GM sedan & station wagon frames.

Or use the'73 thru '87 Chevy/GMC pickup frame or the'73 thru '91 Chevy/GMC Blazer or Suburban frame if you want the truck to sit higher.
