NO, not really trouble..........I named and bought my domain and hosted it, sadly steve had been coining the phrase rat rod nation. I had no idea when i was trying to come up with a name for a site, after i named and build the site, we had a little bit of a discussion about the naming of this site. But in the end, steve was good about it and wished me luck with the site. So i decided out of fairness to seperate this site from his magazine just incase anyone thought the two were related.....

I have been using/publishing the term "Rat Rod Nation" since issue 1, and consider it a part of the Rat Rod Magazine brand - that is where the tension came from... but I never did anything with the domain and never had any reason to. Doug did something, so more power to him. It's something positive for the rat rod community - I'm 100% behind what Doug is doing.

Our mailing list bears the name, as do our T-Shirts, etc... but I think we can all co-exist using some of the same verbiage. Water under the bridge as far as I'm concerned.

:)
