1928 Tudor build
« on: April 12, 2022, 10:04:14 AM »
So, for several years Blackwater has been mentioning that I am building a Hot Rod, so I guess it is time to share some progress photos.

1928 Tudor on a double z'ed frame, using a 1989 Corvette front and rear suspension, with coil over conversion and relocated sway bars.

351 Cleveland .030 over, oiling modifications, forged pop up pistons and 4 barrel Open Chamber heads for about 11.75:1 compression, Solid flat tappet cam custom ground.

Long tail shaft toploader, blah, blah blah.  Now onto some photos!

'Bout damn time!!  He's got a lot of time and effort in this one, folks!!  I think it's been like school for Jeff!!  He's learned a lot and done a lot!!  It's been fun seeing it go together!!

Sorry to be slow to post updates.  The last few months have been busy with family matters.  All is good and I am starting back to work.  There has been more progress, but my camera is kaput so, I will have to update more later.  I am working through the inner body structure and floor at this time.

So I have a question about an idea I have  Would a pusher fan between the AC condenser and the radiator be effective?  I think it could be hidden away pretty nicely.

Anyway here are some photos

So the summer was busy, but the car had to sit, begging for attention.
