Is a 75 too new? My ratty old Chrysler from WV
« on: May 10, 2016, 03:55:59 PM »
I've had it 11-12 yrs and it's mostly original and from Las Vegas with 72000 miles and has most of it's white vinyl top. An old lady had it and marked her territory with it. (lots of dings and dangs) Somebody threw a "water balloon" with brake fluid in it onto the hood. The PS fender is flat black as the original was ripped from door to headlight. (the old lady again) It has a 360/727 with a Whiplash cam and dual flowmaster 40s. Everybody thinks I should paint it but I like it this way. I think of it as a gentleman's rat rod. Anyway it's loads of fun, idles like a funny car and gets a lot of smiles.

That's a great body style. I think if you want it to be a rat rod, go there with it. I would build it to suite me, not others.
Love building rat rods, driving mustangs, and building websites.
