46 Chevy pickup on model a frame???

Good Day,
 New here and i was wondering if anyone has put a 46 Chevy cab on a model a frame before. haven't bought it yet but am looking at one. just want to research everything before i go head first into this project. any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I think your cab would be more comfortable on an s-10 frame, and the build would be easier.   Lots of guys with model A's don't use A frames.  Or make your own.

Sounds really unconventional, but could be intriguing if it were fenderless.

No pics yet, i figured i could weld body mounts and just have a really short bed. lol Open wheeled all the way!

So i found a s10 rolling chassis wih a bad motor and a good trans for $450.00. that would be the better choice????

The body can be made to fit, but it will take some work. The model a frames are fairly skinny which makes it tough to sit the body on the frame.

Thank you, i found a few s10 frames. to what i have read i think that is going to be the better route. once i get things going i will post pics.

She will bolt right up to the S10. The front end will take a little bit of fab work, but it will be allot easier to build.
