Sadly our economy here has crashed thanks to all the coal and oil regulations. Unemployment has really grown, but it looks like things maybe coming back around but only time will tell. 4 of our major coal companies file bankruptcy and shut their mines down. Hoping with the deregulation on coal recently, those jobs come back. Things got so bad that our state double the price for a drivers license. A new license is now 40 bucks and a renewal is 30 bucks.
Although we do have allot of people living in Cheyenne now, only time will tell if these folks stay here. And it does take a while to get to ft Collins now, traffic gets bad around Wellington Colo
