Topic: pics are too big

How can I shrink the size of my pictures so they will load in the gallery and the garage? It always says my pics are too big. Also, when trying to enter the Merc there isnt a drop down for Mercury listed but when I try to add Mercury to the other section, it says to use Mercury from the drop down....What do I do? I would like to be a full fledged member of the Nation but I cant...this is really depressing. I deleted my facebook acount and now I cant even be a real member with a garage...lol

I have all my pics in My Documents and from there I Right click choose Edit which should put you in paint. Next choose Image then stretch/skew. Now I have really big pics so I usually change the % from 100 to about 35.
