Topic: 1938 rat rod for sale on craigslist

Not to be mean, but some should not attempt builds unless they are sure they can do certain things, like chopping a top. The owner of this is asking 1500 bucks and it will cost that just to fix the roof damage.

Ha ha, just cover it with bondo like Boyd Coddington and call it a street rod

Never done a chop before but even i know that won't work!

some people get in over their head on projects.....they give up and sell them on craigslist .....thats why the body is still stock on my ranger build.... plus its my daily driver

I agree. Hopefully someone will buy the 38 and redo the top..........I would buy it, but i think they are asking to much for what's there right now.....
