I live in the Central Valley of CA, hard to believe but it is a very nice place but have to say the rest of this state seems crazy!

It was only a matter of time before a state government went after an actual road tax. I bet in the end, they won't remove the gas tax either.....Hell the united kingdom has a road tax and the people hate it.
