I would guess between 200 to 600 for non running.......will really just depend on what all is there.
Love building rat rods, driving mustangs, and building websites.

Check your local junkyards some still have them. Local yard owner here in Alabama put me on someone who had 2 I gave $500 for both with the Trans. Lucky me one turned out to be a Mercury.

Try "Search Tempest" It lets you search C/L in 50-500 mile radius, moving as far from you as you want to go...

I am on the other side of town on I85 at the Chateau Elan exit...We are on the other side of the interstate in Ghetto Elan....but if you need ANY engine parts for the flathead hit me up....We have anything you will need to rebuild the motor.

every man should have one  ;D

over here we took a good look at the different types on the market,
off course most of them are simca marmon or cargo-types,
600-900€ around north of france..

the cargo is to be smallened to get it right, oilpump etc..

half a year ago I bought a 3.9 '59' Ford ..

depends on the project I guess, there's also a book about the specific differences between the french marmon and the Ford-Merc types.

you can always diguise it of course.. they're prolly even better casted too (eighties steel vs '40s steel)
the limitation is not the car... it is the driver

wow, with original heads, that's some price!

to get a decent performing engine, you'd have to put alu heads and multiple carbs onthere.. no cheap extras..
compare this to a 600€marmon, add 500E for the heads, and say 800€ foor a dual intake and two edelbrock carbs (new ones)

you still have say 600£ extra for headers, ignition etc etc..
the limitation is not the car... it is the driver
